The Discovery Call

We begin with a free 20-minute conversation — unhurried and without pressure. This is a chance for you to share where you are, ask any questions, and feel into whether this work resonates. There is no commitment required. If it feels like the right fit for both of us, we'll talk about next steps.

Before we begin

The Intake Form

Once you decide to move forward, you'll complete a detailed intake form. This helps Rachel understand where you are, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping for — so that your first session can begin from a place of genuine understanding, not guesswork.

The Container

Over three months — nine sessions total — we go deep. Each session is shaped by what you bring: where you are, what's alive, what needs attention. There is no rigid agenda. The work is collaborative, choice-based, and paced to honor your nervous system and your readiness.

Ongoing

Beyond the Container

At the close of three months, we'll reflect on where you've arrived and what feels most alive to continue. Some clients choose to continue working together. Others step forward with new clarity and tools to carry on their own. Both are honored.
