This is not about becoming someone new. It is about rebuilding trust with the person you have always been — honestly, gently, and at your own pace.
Sometimes healing begins not through reliving the past, but through slowing down enough to feel safe in your body again. To listen inwardly. To notice what is quietly asking for your attention.
Your body carries wisdom. Your inner voice is still there. Clarity often arrives through presence, not force.
Together, we create space for deeper self-trust, renewed inner safety, and a way of being that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
We begin with a free 20-minute conversation — unhurried and without pressure. This is a chance for you to share where you are, ask any questions, and feel into whether this work resonates. There is no commitment required. If it feels like the right fit for both of us, we'll talk about next steps.
Once you decide to move forward, you'll complete a detailed intake form. This helps Rachel understand where you are, what you're carrying, and what you're hoping for — so that your first session can begin from a place of genuine understanding, not guesswork.
Over three months — nine sessions total — we go deep. Each session is shaped by what you bring: where you are, what's alive, what needs attention. There is no rigid agenda. The work is collaborative, choice-based, and paced to honor your nervous system and your readiness.
At the close of three months, we'll reflect on where you've arrived and what feels most alive to continue. Some clients choose to continue working together. Others step forward with new clarity and tools to carry on their own. Both are honored.
Gentle, accessible yoga and somatic awareness to bring you back into your body — not as performance, but as a place of safety and inner knowing.
Your birth chart as a mirror — not a prediction. A language for understanding your patterns, cycles, and the deeper themes your soul is working through.
Guided meditation and reflective practice centered on inner safety — creating the conditions where clarity and self-trust can naturally emerge.
Archetypal and narrative reflection to explore the inner patterns keeping you stuck — not by reliving the past, but by listening differently to the present.
