Group classes are wonderful — but they are not for everyone. Some people carry injuries that need specific attention. Some are newly returning to their bodies after a difficult season. Some simply learn and breathe better without an audience.

Private sessions are shaped entirely around you — your body, your pace, your goals. We begin where you are and move from there.

All sessions are held in person in Salt Lake City. Virtual sessions are available upon request.

Gentle to Moderate

Hatha

The foundation of all yoga. Hatha focuses on holding postures with awareness and breath — ideal for beginners, those with injuries, or anyone who wants to slow down and feel their body from the inside out.

Vinyasa

Breath-linked movement — postures flow seamlessly from one to the next. Vinyasa builds strength, flexibility, and presence simultaneously. Sessions can be adapted from gentle to dynamic based on where you are.

Power

A more athletic, strength-building practice. Power yoga cultivates physical resilience alongside mental focus — a full-body practice for those ready to challenge themselves in a grounded, intentional way.

Supported, passive postures held for several minutes. Restorative yoga signals safety to the nervous system — deeply nourishing for those recovering from illness, stress, burnout, or emotional exhaustion.

A focused, complete practice. Enough time to settle in, move through a thoughtfully sequenced session, and arrive somewhere different than where you began. Ideal for regular weekly practice.

Minutes

An extended, unhurried practice with more space for depth — longer holds, deeper exploration, and a fuller integration at the close. Recommended for restorative work or when you have more to release.

We begin with a conversation

Before we move, we talk. Your experience level, any injuries or physical considerations, what you're hoping for — this shapes everything that follows.

The practice is built for you

No preset sequence. Your session is designed around your body, your goals, and how you feel that day. We may work with breath, movement, stillness, or all three.

There is no right way to do this

Modifications are always available. Resting is always allowed. The goal is not performance — it is presence. You are not here to impress anyone, including yourself.
